All prices in EURO, excl. visitor’s tax of EURO 4,-- per person and day. Children under the age of 15 pay no visitor’s tax.

Check in: 4:00 p.m. Earlier arrival on request!
Check out: 09:00 a.m.
Please inform us if you arrive later than 6.00 p.m.

Reservation policy:

Reservations are accepted only in writing. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of EURO 360,- per apartment.
In case of late arrival or early departure the corresponding fee will be charged according to the Austrian Hotel regulations. Travel insurance protects against cancellation fees!

Covid-19 Info:

If the arrival is not possible in the period you have booked due to an official company or border closure, you can cancel it free of charge and you will receive your deposit back immediately.
If there is no travel warning and you have concerns, the usual cancellation conditions apply. We ask for your understanding.

Cancellation costs Winter 2023/2024

Cancellations up to 31 days prior to arrival no cancellation costs.

30 – 15 days prior to arrival – 50 % cancellation costs

14 – 1 days prior to arrival – 90 % cancellation costs.

No Show, late arrival or early depatures – 100%

We highly recomend purchasing travel insurance.
